Get your post-operatory faja for a faster and more effective recovery! Fajas or compression garments are a MUST for every cosmetic procedure after care. The importance of wearing a compression garment is not only to get a better result but it also helps with pain and swelling.
First you need to know that there are two types of fajas that you would need to transition form, first and second stage faja. The difference between them is that the first stage is a soft low compression faja while the second stage is a sturdier faja. Before your surgery you should be provided or asked to bring the first stage faja, since it is going to be placed on you right after your procedure.
Most start transitioning to the second stage faja after the first 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) and get the second stage faja to really shape the body. Be careful not to wear the faja too tightly because it can damage the fat cells.
