RETURN POLICY:

When you're happy—we're happy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your ShapEager® purchase, contact us and we'll find the way to meet your satisfaction!

In fact, we welcome the return of a product whether for refund or exchange; just CONTACT US requesting an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization). The RMA is granted if the item is returned within 30 days upon the Order date, and if the item is compliant with Federal Health Regulation about undergarment; that is, an item washed or with any kind of stain, or odor, or tags removed is not accepted, as nobody would like to wear a second-hand undergarment.

In case of refund, the item’s price is fully refunded (shipping costs excluded) within 48 hours upon the receiving of the item at a Return Center, and issued in the same form as the original payment.  If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.

In case of exchange for size, color, or style, both the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item are totally free. That is, along with the RMA you will be provided with a courtesy mailing label for the return shipment.
